Continental Car Services has nine service departments offering factory authorised servicing and repairs for all of our eleven brands, designed to meet all the requirements of our customers.

We don’t stop there; we endeavour to go the extra mile to make every customer’s experience a quality experience.

Service has always been and will continue to be one of the most important components of our commitment to our customers. Our dedicated After Sales Manager, Duane Jarrett, is committed to ensuring a high standard is maintained across all of our After Sales departments, and that every customer is satisfied with their service experience. Each department offers a complete team of professionals, comprised of a Service Manager, Service Advisor, and/or Service Receptionist, as well as a team of highly skilled Technicians and Groomers.

To ensure customers are happy with our service our Customer Service Assistant makes regular after-service calls and ensures any concerns are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
