The impression owes much to the distinctive halogen headlights and new tail light styling with flowing contours that gracefully blend into the body design. The exterior mirrors, door handles and bumpers are all colour-coded and lend the new Scirocco an iconic elegance and clarity. And you can bring out even greater intensity with the addition of extravagant touches like the “Interlagos” 18-inch alloy wheels with their turbine-inspired design.

The Scirocco is being launched with an impressive engine range. One variant is the 1.4 TSI with twincharger and a power output of 160 hp – especially when partnered by the fabulous 7-speed DSG dual-clutch gearbox available as an option. At the top of the range is the 200 hp 2.0 TSI, which gives the new Scirocco the ideal blend of power and fuel economy. Customers also have the choice of a 2.0 TDI delivering 140 hp and a 122 hp 1.4 TSI unit.
